As the Q1 earnings season gets into full gear, 8 materials stocks belonging to the S&P 500 Materials Sector (NYSEARCA:XLB) reported quarterly results this week.

XLB, or Materials Sector ETF fell 4.3% QTD, compared to a 1.8% drop in the SPY. XLB gained 3.3% in the first quarter.
