Google CEO sells $4.11M in company stock (NASDAQ:GOOG)

• Google (NASDAQ:GOOG)(NASDAQ:GOOGL) CEO Sundar Pichai sold 22,500 shares for $4.11M on Wednesday, according to an SEC filing.
• The shares ranged from $182.49 to $184.32 at the time of the transactions.
• Pichai has sold nearly 250,000 shares over the past year. He still holds more than 2.2M shares.
